SUHRHEINRICH, Circuit Judge. Plaintiffs Sanford J. Berger and Robert M. Fertel appeal the dismissal of their complaint seeking injunctive, declaratory, and monetary relief for claims arising out of state bar disciplinary proceedings brought against them. The district court dismissed the complaint on the basis of Younger abstention and the state action immunity. We hold that plaintiffs' claims are barred by judicial immunity, state action immunity, Younger abstention, and mootness. We AFFIRM.
